水仙

年末から咲いてた日本水仙がそろそろ終わりになってきた。今年は随分長く楽しませてくれた。昨年、花が終わったあと、じっと我慢して葉が枯れるまで置いておいたのが功を奏して、花芽が多く、例年以上に香りも楽しませてくれたのであります。

それに代わって、今度はらっぱ水仙が咲き出した。日本水仙と違って一株に花は一つ、今年は三本咲いた。らっぱ水仙（ダッフォディル）といえば「七つの水仙」、1960年代のブラザーズ=フォアの代表曲

富はないけど、自然の営みをあげる・・・という自然を思った詩である。

「3月11日」、自然は人間に害をなすこともあるけれど、自然にはぐくまれて人間は生きている。合理性、便利さ、利益追求もいいが、驕りを捨てて謙虚な姿勢が大切かと。
